Desserts are a family affair. Julie Moore and her daughter, Lauren Straka, are a mother-daughter team who have built the business together—Julie bringing the artistry and creativity behind the desserts, and Lauren bringing a natural talent for marketing and growing the business. What began in 2016 as a way to raise money for Lauren’s mission trip blossomed into a thriving local bakery known for gorgeous cakes, cupcakes, wedding desserts, custom creations, and hands-on decorating classes.
