I&E Craft Kitchen brings big-time culinary experience to the heart of Hershey. Owner and chef Joel Ditcher has appeared on Good Morning America and Iron Chef and spent years leading food and hospitality operations at hotels and casinos across the country before choosing Hershey as the place to settle down and raise his two sons. Today, he brings that experience to I&E Craft Kitchen, creating delicious, thoughtfully prepared food with the personal touch of a locally owned business.
